ADB ORGANIZES YEAR-END STRATEGIC TRAINING PROGRAM TO PREPARE A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR A NEW DEVELOPMENT PHASE

Anh Duong Building recently organized a year-end strategic training program with the participation of the Board of Management and departments, aimed at strengthening its management foundation, setting growth directions, and preparing for the next phase of development.

In preparation for a solid foundation for its next phase of development, Anh Duong Building (ADB) recently successfully organized a year-end strategic training program with the participation of the Board of Management and representatives from departments across the company. The program is considered a key activity in ADB’s roadmap for restructuring and enhancing management capabilities, aimed at achieving sustainable growth in the coming period.

Under the leadership of Mr. Duong Dinh Phu – Director of Supply Chain, and Ms. Phan Thi Diem – Systems Specialist, the program focused on developing a strategic roadmap, defining key growth objectives, and aligning performance evaluation criteria for the upcoming year. Through in-depth discussion sessions, the Board of Management and departmental representatives reviewed current operations, assessed opportunities and challenges, and identified directions aligned with the company’s overall development strategy.

One of the program’s core objectives was to help each department clearly define its role, responsibilities, and specific goals within the company’s overall framework. Action plans were developed based on close interdepartmental alignment, ensuring consistency in execution and enhancing internal coordination efficiency.
