ADB Announces Recruitment for QS Specialist

A. Job description

– Coordinate with the Steering Committee and functional departments to prepare appropriate operating budgets.

– Integrated control of the project financial plan including cash flow planning, VTTB procurement,… – Monitor and control the budget to detect and prevent items and tasks at risk of going over budget approved.

– Periodically update budget and report on project implementation status.

– Coordinate with the Executive Board to implement the work of selecting the labor TP team for the project.

– Negotiate and negotiate contract conditions, check contract content and submit for signature.

– Check and monitor the implementation of contracts and orders to ensure construction progress.

– Control the construction volume according to the signed contract (including issues arising during contract implementation); Urging and motivating the Executive Boards in settlement and debt collection with Customers/Investors.

– Control and ensure the reasonableness between the amount paid by the Customer/Investor and the amount paid by the Executive Board to the TP/NCC/Team to balance the project cash flow.

– Collect, analyze, evaluate and summarize the implementation of unit prices, norms, targets and capacity of TP/NCC/Team to update data for the bidding process.

– Develop and complete a system of documents to control costs, construction norms, wastage during construction and organize implementation of instructions on the application of these documents.

– Control the situation of TP/Team usage at construction sites and report cases exceeding the norm or outside the contract.

– Complete tasks assigned by superiors.

B. Job requirements

– Have at least 2 – 3 years of professional experience in construction economics – QS in the field at a company specializing in general construction of civil and industrial zones

– Able to proficiently use office software and Autocad.

– Ability to read and understand specialized English documents (priority is given to candidates with the ability to communicate in English) – Anh Duong Company interacts and exchanges with foreign investors.

– Have teamwork skills
