ADB HOLDS TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR FOOD PROCESSING PLANT – A KEY MILESTONE IN THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION JOURNEY

On October 22, 2025, Anh Duong Building (ADB) successfully held the topping-out ceremony for the Food Processing Plant, marking a significant milestone in the project’s construction progress and reaffirming ADB’s Design & Build general contracting capabilities in the industrial construction market.

On October 22, 2025, the topping-out ceremony of the food manufacturing factory, for which Anh Duong Building (ADB) serves as the Design & Build (D&B) main contractor, was successfully held, marking a significant milestone in the project’s implementation. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor, the Board of Management of Anh Duong Building, the Project Management Team, as well as partners and relevant stakeholders.

The topping-out ceremony not only marks the completion of the project’s main structural works, but also reflects the strong commitment, close coordination, and high sense of responsibility demonstrated by the entire project team. This milestone represents an important step forward, creating a solid foundation for the project to continue in accordance with the planned schedule, progressing toward the finishing and handover phases.

The food manufacturing factory project is developed on a total land area of approximately 40,000 square meters, located at Lots 102/103, No. 8 – Street No. 5, VSIP III Industrial Park, Binh Co Ward and Tan Uyen Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The Investor is MIKO Food Technology Co., Ltd., a company operating in the food manufacturing sector with stringent requirements for technical standards, hygiene, and operational safety within the factory.

As the Design & Build (D&B) General Contractor, Anh Duong Building assumes full responsibility for the project, from design development to construction execution, ensuring that the facility fully meets all functional requirements, technical specifications, and quality standards required in the food manufacturing industry.
