COMMENCEMENT OF VIET HUNG THINH MANUFACTURING FACTORY PROJECT – ADB CONTINUES TO AFFIRM ITS POSITION AS A DESIGN & BUILD GENERAL CONTRACTOR

On the morning of November 30, 2025, the Manufacturing Factory Project of Viet Hung Thinh Import-Export Joint Stock Company was officially commenced at Hai Son Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province. Anh Duong Building (ADB) is honored to undertake the role of Design & Build General Contractor, continuing to affirm its strong capability in delivering large-scale, high-quality industrial projects.

The Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Viet Hung Thinh Manufacturing Factory Project marks the beginning of a construction expected to reflect ADB’s strong imprint of professionalism, modernity, and high quality. In the coming period, the project will be implemented in accordance with the approved plan, with the goal of completing on schedule and meeting the expectations of the Investor and all stakeholders.
Anh Duong Building believes that, through close cooperation between the Investor and the General Contractor, the Viet Hung Thinh Manufacturing Factory Project will be successfully completed and become a representative project, contributing positively to the overall development of the enterprise and Vietnam’s construction industry.

The Viet Hung Thinh Manufacturing Factory Project is located at Hai Son Industrial Park (Phases 1 and 2), Duc Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province – a strategically positioned area offering favorable conditions for manufacturing operations and logistics connectivity. With a total construction area of approximately 15,000 square meters, the project is oriented toward the development of a modern industrial facility that meets high requirements in functionality, technical standards, and long-term operational efficiency.

As the Design & Build (D&B) General Contractor, ADB assumes full responsibility for the project, from design development and technical solution planning to construction execution, as well as quality, schedule, and occupational safety management. The Design & Build model is applied to optimize project delivery by ensuring close integration between design and construction, enabling effective cost control and shortening the overall project timeline.
