HANDOVER CEREMONY OF THE PLASTIC ZIP BAG MANUFACTURING PLANT PROJECT

The Thantawan Plastic Zip Bag Manufacturing Plant Project, for which Anh Duong Building served as the Design & Build General Contractor, has been officially handed over. Among the key challenges of the project were the MEP systems, which involved stringent technical requirements.

Anh Duong Building (ADB) recently held the handover ceremony for the Thantawan Plastic Zip Bag Manufacturing Plant Project to Thantawan Industry (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. The event marked the successful completion of a high–technical–requirement industrial facility, fully meeting the planned criteria for quality, schedule, and operational performance.

The project was implemented in a context where the packaging industry continues to face increasingly stringent standards, particularly for technical systems supporting manufacturing operations. Among these, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems play a critical role, directly affecting operational efficiency, safety, and the overall stability of the factory.

According to representatives of Anh Duong Building, the Thantawan Manufacturing Plant is one of the projects with a substantial MEP workload, requiring a high level of precision in design and construction, as well as seamless integration among various systems. Key components such as power supply, water supply and drainage, ventilation and air-conditioning, and production-support technical systems were all required to comply with strict standards to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment.

The implementation of MEP systems under stringent technical requirements posed significant challenges for Anh Duong Building. However, through well-structured construction planning and close coordination among the design, engineering, and construction teams, ADB effectively addressed arising technical issues while maintaining overall project progress and consistently meeting established quality standards.

Beyond the completion of technical infrastructure, the project also placed strong emphasis on ensuring stable and flexible plant operations upon commissioning. The MEP solutions were carefully designed to meet current production demands while allowing for future expansion, aligning with the Investor’s long-term development strategy.

Representatives of the Investor highly appreciated Anh Duong Building’s sense of responsibility and execution capability, particularly in managing complex technical works. The project’s on-time completion and compliance with operational requirements have played a crucial role in enabling the company to quickly stabilize its manufacturing operations.

 

Once operational, the Thantawan Plastic Zip Bag Manufacturing Plant is expected to enhance the company’s production capacity while contributing positively to the development of the packaging industry and the local economy.

For Anh Duong Building, the successful completion of this project—characterized by highly demanding MEP requirements—further affirms the company’s technical expertise in industrial construction, particularly in projects requiring complex engineering solutions.
