JOB DESCRIPTION

Participate in project budget preparation and cost planning.
-
Manage and follow up on payment collection from the Client/Investor.

Prepare and implement subcontractor procurement and supply plans.
-
Participate in contract negotiation.
-
Manage subcontractor payment, settlement, and final accounts.
-
Prepare and submit project budget reports.
-
Control and manage risks related to payment and cost settlement activities.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum of 03 years of relevant work experience.
-
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in QS site supervision / construction QS positions.
-
Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
-
Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Strong management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
