JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage and coordinate with subcontractors on steel structure erection works, and supervise construction safety outside the factory/site.

Manage project activities at the construction site; coordinate with internal departments regarding material supply and construction progress.

Prepare construction methods and construction schedules for on-site works.
-
Handle technical issues arising during construction.

Develop steel structure erection plans.
-
Work directly with clients.
-
Perform other tasks as assigned and directed by superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education: College / University degree.

Graduated with a major in Civil & Industrial Construction Engineering.

Required experience in steel structure construction projects.
-
Priority given to candidates with at least 02 years of experience working on steel structure projects at general contractors.

Honest, proactive at work, diligent, eager to learn, and in good physical condition (an advantage).

Good soft skills in communication, management, and task organization.
