JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage and supervise all construction activities at the project site.

Prepare construction plans and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and in accordance with required quality standards.

Implement construction works in compliance with approved design drawings and technical documents for work teams and subcontractors.

Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during the construction process.

Arrange and allocate tasks; coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment at the site.

Inspect and evaluate the quality of work performed by subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Report construction progress and related issues to the Site Manager and the Board of Directors.

Coordinate with relevant departments for project inspection, acceptance, and handover.

Prepare as-built drawings.

Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Work at project sites as assigned by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

02–05 years of experience as a Site Manager (SM) in industrial zone projects and industrial/civil construction projects.

Willingness to commit long-term and contribute to the Company’s development in the industrial factory/warehouse construction sector.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant majors from universities such as Polytechnic University, University of Transport and Communications, University of Technical Education, or equivalent institutions.

Relevant professional practice certificates are required.
