JOB DESCRIPTION

Take full responsibility for Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in production, construction, and installation activities.
Supervise Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire Prevention & Fighting (HSE & FP&F) at project sites and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Develop procedures and regulations related to occupational safety and labor hygiene.
Monitor and remind workers to strictly comply with safety requirements during work.
Supervise the implementation of internal rules, regulations, and principles for managing occupational safety, labor hygiene, and environmental hygiene for personnel, machinery, equipment, and construction tools in accordance with State standards and regulations.
Participate in training, coaching, and periodic safety induction programs on occupational safety, environment, and fire prevention & fighting for staff and workers at project sites.
Support the installation of warning signs, emergency response diagrams, fire extinguisher locations, and safety barricades in hazardous areas.
Perform other tasks as required by the Site Management Team and the Company.

Intermediate degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Labor Protection, or other related fields.
02–03 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in office software; good communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
Good knowledge of regulations related to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Fire Prevention & Fighting (FP&F).
Familiarity with customer safety procedures and requirements.
Strong understanding of safe construction methods and practices.
