JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare and manage payment and final account documentation; complete required dossiers and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and on-time submission.
Calculate and take off quantities by analyzing drawings and performing detailed quantity measurements with a high level of accuracy.
Monitor material consumption; establish and manage material consumption norms to optimize project costs.
Supervise construction progress and quality; propose improvement solutions to enhance work efficiency.
Manage subcontractor contracts; monitor contract implementation to ensure compliance with agreed pricing, schedules, and payment terms.

Negotiable salary plus allowances.
Site accommodation, support allowances, and meal allowances.

Periodic health check-ups.
13th-month salary, year-end bonuses, and project progress bonuses.

College or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 03 years of experience in QS (Quantity Surveying).
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale factory projects with a total investment of over VND 200 billion.
Flexible and adaptable; willing to work with frequently changing project programs.
Proficient in using relevant professional software.
Willing to work at project sites located in provinces far from city centers.
