JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare work plans, schedules, and construction preparation activities; directly inspect and supervise construction works; coordinate with work teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth and effective project execution.
Coordinate with relevant parties to inspect and accept completed works, ensuring completion in accordance with the approved schedule.
Calculate and confirm construction quantities; manage and control material wastage.
Organize and ensure compliance with project technical standards and construction regulations during technical supervision.
Ensure construction activities strictly follow quality management procedures, occupational safety and health regulations, and project schedules for assigned work areas.

Project and progress bonuses.
Support for meals and accommodation at project sites; periodic health check-ups for employees at least once per year.
Social Insurance and Health Insurance in accordance with State regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or related majors.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working for main contractors.
Good knowledge of legal regulations related to project management and construction investment; strong understanding of construction procedures and technical standards.
Good communication and coordination skills with contractors; ability to work
independently as well as in a team.
