Job Description
- Receive, organize, and manage contracts and related documents.
- Support basic administrative tasks for the Tender Department, including communication, printing, filing, and document retrieval.
- Compile company capability profiles, legal documents, and personnel records as required for each tender package.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare bidding documents and track submission progress.
- Assist with sending and receiving emails, as well as handling related document delivery.
- Draft official letters and administrative emails as assigned.
- Training will be provided for candidates without bidding experience.
Qualifications & Experience

College or university degree. Majors in Business Administration, Office Administration, or Construction are preferred.

No prior bidding experience required – training will be provided.
Skills

Proficient in Word, Excel, PDF, Email.

Strong document organization skills.

Good time management, able to work under deadlines.

Fluent in English (reading tender documents, emails, supporting translation).

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:30

Saturday morning: 08:00 – 12:00
