Job Description

Implement and control salary, bonus, welfare, and social insurance policies according to company regulations and legal requirements.

Develop salary policies and finalize salary funds in compliance with regulations.

Establish and manage salary payment regulations at the corporation; lead salary, bonus, and gift payments monthly/quarterly/annually for employees.

Prepare reports related to salary and welfare:
-
Declare and operate PIT (Personal Income Tax), finalize PIT.

Manage company-wide welfare programs.

Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in construction, architecture, or design.

Strong Excel skills, experience with HR software.

Honest, careful, able to work under high pressure, with good communication and coordination skills.

Priority for candidates available immediately and with prior C&B experience in companies with 100+ employees.
