JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive and review approved budgets and material requests; verify material specifications, quantities, and procurement budgets in comparison with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/manufacturers to ensure materials meet required standards in terms of quality, quantity, cost, and delivery schedule.
Assess, select, and propose appropriate suppliers and manufacturers for each project.
Monitor material delivery progress to project sites; track delivery timelines and inspect material quality upon arrival.
Coordinate closely with relevant departments such as Site Management Teams, Accounting, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and sufficient material supply for project execution.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 03 years of related work experience.
Preference will be given to candidates with purchasing/procurement experience and strong knowledge of construction materials.
Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred, particularly in MEP procurement.
Strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills.
