Job Description

Receive, store, and manage purchase contracts and related documents.

Support basic administrative tasks of the Procurement Department (contacting, printing, filing, searching).

Manage and update supplier lists, capability profiles, and legal documents.
-
Coordinate with departments to prepare procurement documents and track material supply progress for projects.
-
Assist with sending/receiving emails and delivering procurement-related documents.
-
Draft official letters and administrative emails as instructed.
-
Training provided for candidates without prior experience.
Qualifications & Experience
-
College/University degree (Administration, Management, Economics, Construction preferred).
-
No prior procurement experience required; training will be provided.
Skills
-
Proficient in Word, Excel, PDF, Email.

Strong organizational and document management skills.
-
Good time management, able to work under deadlines.
-
Basic English communication (reading contracts, emails, translation support).

Careful, detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility.

Able to work independently and in teams.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:30

Saturday morning: 08:00 – 12:00
