“Knocking on the Door” of a New Land
As part of its expansion strategy in Central Vietnam, Anh Duong chose Chan May – Lang Co to pioneer a new direction tied to manufacturing infrastructure development.
According to the master plan, the ADG Hue Build-to-Suit Factory (BM6) spans approximately 6 hectares within an overall project footprint of roughly 22 hectares in Chan May. BM6 is oriented to develop a synchronized system of workshops, warehouses, and technical infrastructure to serve manufacturing enterprises.
As a core component of the overall project, BM6 not only marks Anh Duong’s expanded presence in Hue but also reflects a strategic evolution: transitioning accumulated construction capabilities into actively creating industrial spaces to meet investment and infrastructure operation demands.
Under the planning approved by the Management Board of Hue Economic and Industrial Zones, the overall project allocates land for industrial production, warehousing, green space, transportation, parking, and associated technical and auxiliary utilities.

The master plan emphasizes connectivity and operational efficiency. The eastern boundary borders West Chan May Port Road (44 m right-of-way), while the western boundary faces D6 Road (33 m right-of-way). Two functional entrances are designated: the gate on D6 Road handles freight logistics and worker transit, while the gate on West Chan May Port Road serves administrative and business transactions. Internal roads, drainage, and technical utilities seamlessly connect to the industrial zone's centralized system.
Notably, over 20% of the approved land area is dedicated to green spaces, and nearly 20% is allocated to transportation and parking. This spatial ratio demonstrates that the project prioritizes comprehensive operational conditions alongside factory and warehouse footprints—a decisive factor for enterprises selecting production sites.
Behind the Lit Workshops
For an industrial facility project, true value extends beyond constructed floor area. The critical factor lies in operational readiness—meeting practical tenant demands and stimulating ongoing production activity.
This serves as the core objective for BM6. As tenant enterprises move in, production activities will drive demand for labor, freight, logistics, raw material supplies, technical services, and auxiliary operations. Effective facility operation therefore generates project value while bolstering regional production, services, and employment.
From this perspective, BM6 is not merely another milestone in Anh Duong’s expansion. It embodies a refined approach that leverages industrial construction expertise to integrate deeper into infrastructure and manufacturing development.
This integration represents a distinct competitive advantage for Anh Duong. Practical experience across civil and industrial projects enables the enterprise to address functional requirements—such as factory layouts, traffic circulation, warehousing, utilities, and daily operations—from the earliest planning stages.
Leveraging its core execution and project management capabilities, Anh Duong expands across a broader value chain: from demand assessment and infrastructure development to turnkey solutions for industrial clients.

BM6 also aligns with the broader growth momentum of Chan May – Lang Co across industry, deep-water port logistics, and foreign direct investment. Adding high-quality ready-built facilities provides versatile options for enterprises seeking strategic locations in the region.
This encapsulates the essence of “Knocking on Chan May’s Door”—marking a forward step for Anh Duong in Central Vietnam while pairing construction capabilities with industrial demand and regional development goals.
From BM6 in Chan May, Anh Duong aims to refine this operational model, laying the groundwork for continued research and expansion into suitable markets moving forward.
