On March 14, 2026, Anh Duong Building Joint Stock Company (ADB) officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Stepwell Technology Factory Project in Tay Ninh Province. The ceremony took place in a formal atmosphere, with the presence of representatives from the Investor, ADB’s Board of Directors, along with engineers and project partners.

 

The project is being implemented amid significant fluctuations in the construction market, particularly the rising cost of raw materials. In response to these challenges, ADB has demonstrated its role as a Design & Build General Contractor by proactively coordinating with the Investor and proposing appropriate solutions to control risks and ensure project efficiency.
