Ánh Dương Building CEO Nguyễn Văn Hoàng shares the company’s philosophy of partnering with Vietnamese businesses through the Minh Dương Supporting Industry Factory Project.

Ánh Dương Building General Director Nguyễn Văn Hoàng shares the philosophy of accompanying Vietnamese enterprises through the Minh Dương Supporting Industry Factory Project.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the Minh Dương Supporting Industry Factory Project took place at Industrial Park No. 3, Việt Tiến Commune, Hưng Yên Province.

For Ánh Dương Building Joint Stock Company, this event also marks another milestone in realizing one of the development philosophies the company has pursued over the past 15 years: accompanying Vietnamese enterprises in creating sustainable, long-lasting industrial facilities.

The project covers approximately 15,000 m² and includes a two-story factory building, with Ánh Dương Building serving as the Main Contractor. According to the plan, construction will commence on August 1, 2026, and be completed within eight months, meeting all requirements for quality, schedule, and construction safety.

On the sidelines of the groundbreaking ceremony, we had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hoàng, General Director of Ánh Dương Building Joint Stock Company, about the story behind the cooperation between these two Vietnamese enterprises.

Reporter: Mr. Hoàng, what inspires Ánh Dương Building to dedicate so much commitment to the Minh Dương Supporting Industry Factory Project?

    Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hoàng:

What inspires us is not the project's investment value or construction scale, but rather the people and the vision behind it.

Working with Minh Dương's leadership team, I clearly sensed their determination to build a sustainable Vietnamese enterprise through professional management and long-term investment. That shared vision has created a strong connection between our two companies.

Ánh Dương Building has always sought to accompany Vietnamese businesses on their growth journey. Every time we see a new factory, logistics center, or manufacturing facility invested in by Vietnamese entrepreneurs, we regard it not only as the success of an individual company but also as another step forward for Vietnam's business community.

That is why we see this project as much more than a construction contract—it is an opportunity to work alongside the investor in creating a facility that will generate long-term value.

Reporter: You have repeatedly mentioned the term "Vietnamese enterprises." What does it mean to Ánh Dương Building?

    Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hoàng:

I have always believed in the capability and resilience of Vietnamese enterprises. When we share the same commitment to quality, integrity, and long-term value, we can create outstanding projects that strengthen the reputation of Vietnamese brands.

Over recent years, we have witnessed an increasing number of Vietnamese businesses investing boldly in manufacturing, logistics, and supporting industries. This is an encouraging trend.

If Vietnamese construction companies are capable of supporting Vietnamese manufacturers, we can build a complete value chain in which Vietnamese enterprises take ownership of every stage—from investment, design, and construction to operation.

Reporter: What significance does the Minh Dương project hold in Ánh Dương Building's development strategy?

    Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hoàng:

This project holds special significance for Ánh Dương Building—not because of its size or investment value, but because it reflects the strategic direction we have consistently pursued over many years: partnering with Vietnamese enterprises as they expand production capacity and strengthen their competitiveness.

For us, every project is an opportunity to demonstrate our project management capabilities, construction expertise, and professional culture. Every completed facility becomes another milestone in our growth journey while strengthening our position in industrial construction and reinforcing the confidence that domestic clients place in us.

Reporter: What are your expectations after the project is completed?

    Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hoàng:

My foremost expectation is that the factory will operate successfully, enabling Minh Dương to expand its production, create more employment opportunities, and contribute further to the Vietnamese economy. That is the most meaningful and sustainable value a construction project can deliver.

I also hope that people will see this project as the result of a partnership between Vietnamese enterprises sharing the same aspiration for growth. If the facility fulfills the investor's expectations and becomes a foundation for Minh Dương's continued development, it will also be a source of pride for Ánh Dương Building.

We have always believed that the value of a construction project is not measured by the day it is handed over, but by its long-term performance, operational efficiency, and its ability to earn the trust that leads clients to continue partnering with Ánh Dương Building on future projects.

    Reporter: Thank you very much.
