On July 31, Anh Duong Building Joint Stock Company (ADB), in coordination with Minh Duong Food Processing and Services Co., Ltd., held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Minh Duong Supporting Industrial Factory Project at Industrial Park No. 3, Viet Tien Commune, Hung Yen Province. This marks another milestone in Anh Duong Building’s 15-year journey of development, while reaffirming customers’ trust in the company’s capabilities in designing, managing, and constructing industrial facilities.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor, the Management Board of Hung Yen Industrial Parks, local departments and authorities, the supervision consulting unit, partners, as well as the management, engineers, and workers of Anh Duong Building. The presence of all parties demonstrated a shared determination to implement the project with quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

The Minh Duong Supporting Industrial Factory Project has a scale of approximately 15,000 m² of two-story factory space and is located at Industrial Park No. 3, Hung Yen. As the General Contractor, Anh Duong Building is responsible for organizing the construction of the entire project, from quality and schedule management to occupational safety, with the goal of delivering a modern factory that fully meets the Investor’s technical and operational requirements.

Fully Prepared Resources to Complete the Project Within 8 Months
According to the plan, the project will officially commence on August 1, 2026, and is expected to be completed within eight months. Even before the groundbreaking ceremony, Anh Duong Building had completed preparations for personnel, equipment, construction methods, and site organization.
Mr. Pham Huy Binh, Project Manager of the Minh Duong Supporting Industrial Factory Project, said that the entire construction plan had been developed in detail for each phase, ensuring that all necessary resources would be ready as soon as the project commenced.
“The site management team has fully prepared the personnel, equipment, and construction plan well before the groundbreaking ceremony. We combine the application of science and technology in management and quality control with the practical experience that Anh Duong Building has accumulated over 15 years of development. The goal of the entire project management team is to complete the project on schedule while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.”
According to Mr. Binh, every work item has been planned in detail and monitored against specific progress milestones to ensure synchronized construction and minimize risks throughout the implementation process.
Proactively Addressing Workforce Challenges Through Employee Attraction and Retention Policies
Alongside technical preparations, human resources have also been identified as a decisive factor in the project’s success.
Mr. Nguyen Van Tao, Project Director of the Minh Duong Project, said that amid the construction industry’s ongoing labor shortage, Anh Duong Building had proactively developed its workforce plan at an early stage.
“Labor availability is currently a common challenge for the construction industry. However, we have proactively mobilized skilled workers from Anh Duong Building’s existing projects while also recruiting additional local workers. With competitive salaries, appropriate welfare policies, and a stable working environment, we are fully confident in ensuring sufficient human resources to maintain continuous project implementation without affecting the schedule committed to the Investor.”
Alongside workforce mobilization, the project management team will continue applying modern management solutions to control schedule, quality, and occupational safety, with the goal of building a high-standard facility from the very beginning of construction.
