A HAPPY DAY AT ANH DUONG BUILDING

Setting aside spreadsheets, files, and project deadline pressures, the women of Anh Duong Building (ADB) experienced a truly different day: no deadlines, no pressure, just smiles, delightful surprises, and moments of being cherished and cared for.

When the Ladies Take Center Stage

On October 17th, the atmosphere at Anh Duong Building was busier than usual. These women, accustomed to a fast-paced work rhythm ranging from the office to construction sites, were given a whole day to enjoy happiness in celebration of Vietnamese Women’s Day, October 20th. The program kicked off with warm wishes, emotional videos, and gifts prepared exclusively for the ladies.

Notably, even while away on a business trip outside of Vietnam, General Director Nguyen Van Hoang still sent his valued wishes to all female officers and employees. Geographical distance seemed to dissolve through care and affection dedicated to the women accompanying the company.

Representing the company’s Board of Management, Mr. Mai Xuan Phuc – Deputy General Manager of the Construction Division, also extended his best feelings to his female colleagues. According to him, behind every construction project and achievement of Anh Duong lies the important and persistent contribution of the female staff.

“Wishing the women of Anh Duong eternal beauty, happiness, the retention of passion in your work, and plenty of time for yourselves and your families. You have worked so hard; today, just enjoy yourselves to the fullest, and leave the work to the guys!” Mr. Phúc shared.

And of course, a joyful day cannot lack laughter! The surprise appearance of a “beauty queen from Thailand” had the whole auditorium bursting into laughter and excitement. Witty interactions, handed-out gifts, and humorous situations made the gathering closer and more fun than ever.

Today is Our Day

Following the vibrant moments at the office, the Anh Duong ladies continued their journey to enjoy this special day with an intimate lunch and a health & beauty spa experience at Golden Lotus Healing World.

Temporarily putting aside work calls, spreadsheets, and busy schedules, the ladies had the opportunity to relax, chat, capture beautiful photos together, and enjoy time dedicated solely to themselves.

Ms. Nguyen Do Tung Anh – ADB General Accountant, could not hide her joy, sharing that she felt very happy and excited to participate in the program. She especially thanked the company for preparing such a thoughtful and meaningful October 20th for the women.

Meanwhile, for Ms. Nguyen Vu Kieu Anh – CEO Secretary, what lingered the most was the laughter. She excitedly shared that this year’s program brought so many joys and memorable moments. She also expressed gratitude to those who poured their dedication into giving the ladies a truly complete day.

Looking at the radiant faces in relaxing attire, chatting, posing, and capturing joyful moments together, perhaps no extra words are needed to describe that happiness.

Love to Go Further Together

Along with formal wishes, October 20th at Anh Duong also featured handwritten cards written straight from the heart.

Some cards sent a very sincere message: "I travel continuously from one construction site to another, so I'm still single. If you receive this wish and are also single like me, don't forget to keep in touch via phone number..."

From distant construction sites, male colleagues also sent wishes imbued with industry identity. The sun-and-wind scent from the Heineken factory construction site, the passionate milk-flower fragrance of Northern autumn at the Minh Dương site, or the vast waters of the Western region were tightly wrapped and sent back to the girls of Anh Duong...

As Mr. Vo Quoc Toàn – CCM Specialist, jokingly put it: "Wishing our sisters sustainable beauty like standard-compliant structures, unlimited happiness, and joy that always exceeds progress."

Amidst the hustle and bustle of the construction industry, where work pressure and timelines are ever-present, a day of being cared for, pampered, and taking time for oneself becomes a precious spiritual gift. Behind a day full of laughter is the care of the Board of Management, the Trade Union, the meticulous preparation of the event organizing team, and colleagues who contributed to making the program complete.

As the joyful day concludes, the ladies return to their daily routines. Spreadsheets open again, files continue to be processed, and construction projects rush forward on schedule from North to South. But the beautiful photos, fun stories, and the feeling of being cherished will surely remain. Wishing the girls of Anh Duong always radiance, confidence, resilience, and many happy days—not just on October 20th.
