The Western region is unlocking new development potential as transport, industrial, and logistics infrastructure is increasingly invested in a synchronized manner.
Amidst this momentum, Ánh Dương Building (ADB) has chosen to "go early," bringing the capabilities of a Vietnamese general contractor to participate in the emerging industrial ecosystem in the Mekong Delta.

Recently, an investment promotion and industrial infrastructure development event took place with the participation of local government representatives, infrastructure developers, associations, and the domestic and foreign business community. Ánh Dương Building Joint Stock Company (ADB) attended the event, represented by Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hoàng, the company’s General Director.
For a business operating in the field of design and build (D&B) general contracting, this is not merely an investment networking activity. More importantly, ADB's presence demonstrates a proactive strategic direction: accessing the market right as new production spaces begin to take shape.

Sharing about this decision, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hoàng, General Director of Ánh Dương Building, stated that ADB sees vast development potential in the Mekong Delta, driven by strong local attention and promotion, increasingly synchronized transport infrastructure, a favorable investment environment, labor resources, and long-term industrial development potential.
For ADB, "going early" is not simply an early physical presence, but proactively understanding the market, connecting with partners, identifying needs, and preparing resources to be ready to seize new opportunities and invest in production, commerce, infrastructure sectors, and more in the Mekong Delta.

Placed within ADB's development journey, expanding into a region with high potential like the Mekong Delta is not an isolated step. After more than 15 years of building its foundation, ADB has gradually expanded its design and construction operations for civil works, workshops, factories, and industrial projects across many regions nationwide, serving FDI and DDI clients with increasingly high standards for quality, schedule, and construction management capacity.

Alongside the general contracting sector, the corporate ecosystem has also been expanded into other fields to maximize its strengths. “We come here also out of a sense of attachment. The Mekong Delta is a major market for human resources and land. This is a fertile, vast land with a temperate climate. The hardworking, generous people of the Western region, with extensive experience in large-scale production, will be a valuable labor market for developing factories and industrial zones in the very near future,” Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hoàng emphasized.
From the first connections just established, with encouraging signals, Ánh Dương Building continues steadfastly on its development journey, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the Mekong Delta and the whole country to breakthrough in the new era.
