On the evening of October 8, in Ho Chi Minh City, Anh Duong Building Joint Stock Company (ADB) was honored in three categories of the "Enterprise of Choice 2026" rankings, within the framework of the Holistic Excellence program organized by the recruitment platform CareerViet.

Accordingly, ADB achieved Top 2 as the favorite enterprise in the Construction – Construction Materials industry; Top 5 favorite enterprise by internal employees; and rank 33 as the favorite enterprise among medium-sized enterprises.
The survey was conducted by CareerViet with methodological sponsorship from Amco Vietnam, attracting more than 82,400 participants voting for over 7,300 enterprises across 30 fields and industries.

This result comes in the context of the construction industry facing many difficulties in recruiting and retaining human resources. Work on construction sites requires physical health, expertise, safety discipline, and adaptability; many workers frequently stay away from home and face pressure regarding progress and construction conditions.
