ANH DUONG BUILDING COMMENCES GROUNDBREAKING FOR ADG LONG THANH FACTORY PROJECT

On November 4, 2026, at An Phuoc Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province, Anh Duong Building Joint Stock Company (ADB) held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the ADG Long Thanh Factory Project.

Acting as the Design & Build (D&B) General Contractor, ADB continues to reinforce its capabilities in executing industrial projects, creating modern, high-quality, and highly efficient manufacturing spaces.

Affirming General Contractor Capabilities

The Groundbreaking Ceremony for the ADG Long Thanh Factory Project took place in a solemn atmosphere, with the attendance of representatives from Anh Duong Group, Anh Duong Building, Duromer Products Vietnam Co., Ltd., consulting partners, subcontractors, and numerous project staff and engineers.

This event marks the launch of a new benchmark in ADB’s growth journey while showcasing the powerful synergy between its general contracting capabilities and the industrial infrastructure investment strategy of the Anh Duong ecosystem.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Phan Ngoc An – Deputy General Director of Anh Duong Building Joint Stock Company, emphasized that breaking ground on the ADG Long Thanh Factory Project marks a significant step forward in ADB’s development strategy, reaffirming its general contractor capabilities and expanding partnership opportunities with international investors.

“Anh Duong Building commits to dedicating maximum resources, organizing safe site operations, ensuring uncompromised quality and schedule, and meeting the expectations of our clients—laying a solid foundation for long-term cooperation between all parties,” Mr. An stated.

Drawing on extensive experience in industrial construction, ADB places strong emphasis on design optimization, engineering solutions, methodical construction management, and seamless coordination among all stakeholders, striving to put the project into operation strictly on schedule.

A key highlight of the ceremony was the presence of Duromer Products Vietnam Co., Ltd.—the first client of the ADG Long Thanh project, belonging to the Duromer Group from Australia.

Addressing the ceremony, Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Xuan – General Director of Duromer Products Vietnam Co., Ltd., expressed sincere appreciation for the cooperative relationship while highly praising the professionalism and accountability of the Anh Duong team.

“On behalf of Duromer Group Australia and Duromer Vietnam, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the dedicated and professional support from Anh Duong Building right from the very first days of this project. We deeply appreciate the strong sense of responsibility and effective collaboration demonstrated by the Anh Duong team,” Ms. Xuan shared.

The General Director of Duromer Products Vietnam also expressed high expectations that the facility will be completed on schedule, maintaining top-tier quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the entire construction process. According to her, handing over the factory as committed will establish a prime foundation for Duromer to roll out its production and business operations in Vietnam.

Poised for New Ambitions

Representing the frontline construction team, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hieu – Deputy Project Commander of the ADG Long Thanh Factory Project, stated that immediately following the ceremony, the site management board along with the engineering workforce and operational crews were fully prepared in terms of manpower, equipment, and execution plans.

“To us, every commitment made by Anh Duong Building is not merely a milestone on the schedule, but a matter of professional pride and responsibility. The entire site team is resolute in maintaining strict coordination and rigorous quality control across every item, ensuring safety, superior quality, and on-time handover,” Deputy Commander Nguyen Dinh Hieu emphasized.
