(ADB) Following an intensive execution period, the BMF project at Thanh Liem Industrial Park, Ha Nam is entering its final stages. Major construction items are substantially complete, and the site has shifted its primary focus to inspection, acceptance testing, document completion, and preparing all necessary conditions to hand over the project to the Investor.

The latest site updates show that BMF’s overall appearance is nearly finalized. The factory blocks have completed their primary structural work, roofing systems, external cladding, and synchronized infrastructure works.
While earlier phases required the Site Management Board to focus on organizing multiple construction fronts, mobilizing labor and equipment, and ensuring seamless continuity between tasks, the site has now transitioned to a different operational pace: reviewing, inspecting, finishing, and conducting acceptance testing.

According to Mr. Nguyen Minh Hai, Project Manager of the BMF project, the main construction volume is now largely complete.
"The main factory items are finished. Currently, the Site Management Board is focusing on inspecting each task, organizing acceptance tests, finalizing documentation, and addressing the remaining details to prepare for project handover to the Investor," Mr. Hai shared.

The pre-handover phase demands meticulous attention to detail and synchronization across all work packages. The Site Management Board is coordinating closely with specialized departments from Anh Duong Building to review quality, inspect completed items, carry out acceptance procedures, and finalize documentation as required.
"Our key focus right now is to thoroughly inspect every item and complete all acceptance procedures and handover files," Project Manager Nguyen Minh Hai emphasized.

In parallel with the contractor's scope of work, several operational prerequisites—such as permanent power supply, installation of manufacturing machinery/equipment, and landscaping under the Investor’s scope—are also progressing steadily.
At this stage, what stands out most at BMF is no longer massive ongoing construction activities, but a fully formed facility receiving its final finishing touches.

For the project team, this final stretch is one of the most critical stages to ensure all quality standards meet the Investor’s expectations.
After dedicated months on site, BMF is rapidly approaching the milestone where it transitions from an active construction project into an operational facility ready for commissioning and use.
For Anh Duong Building, each completed project brings joy and marks a memorable milestone in its journey of construction and growth, reinforcing trust and paving the way for future projects ahead.
