Even though it is not yet the 15th of the eighth lunar month, the Mid-Autumn Festival has arrived early at Anh Duong Building (ADB). Mooncake boxes handed out, lanterns evoking childhood memories, photos taken with colleagues, and ringing laughter brought a joyful atmosphere amidst the daily work routine.

On the morning of September 5, the Trade Union of Anh Duong Building (ADB) organized a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration for its staff and employees at the Ho Chi Minh City office. Attending the event were Mr. Le Hai Tam - Standing Division Director of Anh Duong Building, along with the company's staff and employees.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Le Hai Tam emphasized that the spirit of solidarity and connection is always the "red thread" in the company's development journey. Looking forward to future Mid-Autumn Festivals, he believes that alongside the familiar faces today, there will be many new members, Anh Duong will grow stronger, and the smiles of reunion will become even more joyful and complete on the journey to reach new heights together.

Holding her Mid-Autumn gift, Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Thao from the HR Department shared: "Although adults have passed the age of celebrating the 'Children's Festival,' the joy of reunion is needed at any age."
"Being able to meet and have fun with colleagues on occasions like this helps bring everyone closer. It is also an encouragement for each person to become more attached to their workplace, working together to take Anh Duong further," she said.
For Pham Truc Linh, this year's moon season marks a special milestone: it is the first time this Northern girl is celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival in Ho Chi Minh City.
Having moved to the South to work at Anh Duong for nearly two years, Linh is in charge of communications. The nature of her work takes her to many projects, following Anh Duong's people from the office to the construction sites, getting to know each face, and gradually understanding the work behind the implementation process of a project.
Traveling a lot and meeting many people have made the young woman love and attach even more to her chosen career. "I am happy to be part of the Anh Duong common home, to visit construction sites, meet the people who directly build the projects, and tell their stories. Each person has a different job, but everyone is contributing to building beautiful structures for life," Linh shared.
The joy of the morning did not just stay in the office. Those who received gifts lingered to chat, while others carefully carried their mooncakes for their families. Some even made immediate video calls to their wives and children to "show off" their newly received Mid-Autumn gifts.

Mr. Nguyen Khoa Lam Son, a QS - Bidding Specialist originally from Dong Nai province, also had plans for his gift. Having been with Anh Duong for nearly two years and having two young children, Mr. Son said he would take advantage of the weekend to bring the mooncakes and lanterns home for his kids.
"Today happens to be the weekend, so I will bring the gifts home for the two little ones. I'm sure they will love them and will be happy to know these are Mid-Autumn gifts from where their dad works," Mr. Son said happily.
The mooncake boxes and cute little lanterns followed the people of Anh Duong from the office back to their families, extending the joy of a gathering to the family dinner table and to the children waiting for their parents to return.
In 2026, Anh Duong is continuing to grow with new projects and new territories. Therefore, Anh Duong's people are present in more places, and new faces will continue to join the team.
Another season of reunion has arrived, carrying a simple wish: that Anh Duong grows ever stronger, its team becomes more vibrant, and the smiles of today will be extended into future Mid-Autumn Festivals.
